My TOP 5 Most Delicious and Nutritious Desserts

I am a self-proclaimed Delicious Desserts Diva! I freakin’ LOVE desserts. That has always been my downfall. When we were young, it was what we did. Eat dinner and clear the palette with an amazing dessert. Sooooo, obviously that habit translated into adulthood and was definitely one of the reasons I gained over 40 lbs. Every night, my husband and I would treat ourselves to a delicious dessert…. It was our way of rewarding ourselves for getting through the day with two little ones with no help. Hey, we deserved it, right? Well, something had to change because we were spiraling out of control. Once we finally took control of our health, I wanted to make sure we still had those treats to reward ourselves with, but in a HEALTHIER way. Still delicious, but nutritious!
