Fix Approved Coffee
Coffee is a MUST for this girl. Not only do I love the taste, but I just love the idea of sitting down every morning with a cup of coffee before the chaos of the day begins. Before I started my healthy eating ways, I loved, and I mean LOVED my coffee with a lot of creamer. Unfortunately, there is nothing healthy about that, so I knew I needed to find a way to have my coffee and enjoy it, too. So here it is…
What you need:
One cup of coffee
1 tsp organic coconut oil
A splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Sprinkle cinnamon on top once it’s poured and enjoy.
TIP: Take all of the ingredients above (except the cinnamon) and blend them in your blender for a few seconds. This will get rid of the blob of coconut oil and create a frothy deliciousness to enjoy.
